About the role

The Head of Phoenix Academy will lead the academy’s learning and development practice, shaping its strategic direction, expanding its market presence, and delivering high‑impact programs that align with Phoenix Consulting’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Phoenix Academy strategy in line with the company’s overall goals, ensuring alignment across departments.
• Lead and manage the Academy team, overseeing recruitment, development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Oversee daily operations, driving process efficiency and meeting performance targets.
• Create and monitor the Academy budget, ensuring financial discipline and controlling expenditures.
• Design, customize, and continuously improve learning programs, validating proposals for quality, feasibility, and alignment with standards.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and trend scanning to identify new business opportunities and guide go‑to‑market strategies.
• Build strategic partnerships and external networks to enhance the Academy’s value proposition and drive sustainable growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategy development and execution within a learning or development context.
• Strong people‑management skills, including recruitment, coaching, and performance oversight.
• Demonstrated ability to manage operational processes and achieve performance targets.
• Experience in budgeting, financial monitoring, and cost control.
• Track record of designing and delivering impactful learning programs.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop business growth initiatives.
• Expertise in establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships.
