Head of Business Development – Retail Growth

About the role

MultiFi International Ltd is seeking a senior leader to drive retail growth across MENA and international markets. The role will shape the company’s client acquisition engine, build a high‑performing sales organisation, and own the end‑to‑end funnel from lead generation to client retention.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the retail growth strategy for MultiFi in target regions.
• Build and manage a network of clients, Introducing Brokers (IBs) and strategic partners.
• Hire, lead and scale a team of Relationship Managers.
• Drive client acquisition, net deposits and trading activity, overseeing the full sales funnel.
• Structure and negotiate IB and partnership agreements.
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
• Launch and manage sales campaigns, partnership initiatives and growth projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail FX/CFD brokerage sales.
• Strong track record in business development and sales leadership.
• Experience managing sales teams or Relationship Managers.
• Deep understanding of IB, affiliate and retail client acquisition models.
• Extensive network within trading communities, preferably in MENA.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale operations from scratch.

Required skills

• Knowledge of FX and CFD brokerage products.
• Experience negotiating partnership and IB agreements.
• Ability to design and execute sales strategies.
