Head of Business Development

About the role

The Head of Business Development will lead the company’s commercial growth across the hospitality technology market. Reporting directly to the CEO, this senior leader will shape strategy, drive revenue, and ensure operational excellence across sales, marketing, customer success and business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Lead and coordinate the Sales, Marketing, Graphic Design, Customer Success and Business Operations teams.
• Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.
• Manage departmental budgets, KPIs, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Oversee customer acquisition, retention, CRM and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to ensure successful client delivery.
• Build, mentor and develop high‑performing cross‑functional teams.
• Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, commercial leadership or general management.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and business expansion, preferably in SaaS or hospitality technology.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and decision‑making abilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
