Growth & Operations Lead

About the role

Servi SAL is building a marketplace for home and family services in Lebanon. As the Growth & Operations Lead you will own the freelancer supply side, shaping strategy, outreach, vetting, activation and retention. You will work closely with the co‑founders to build the supply engine that powers the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Define freelancer supply targets per vertical and region, set requirements for skills, certifications and availability.
• Identify and prioritize acquisition channels, adjust planning based on demand signals.
• Build partnerships with universities, institutions and community organisations; lead job‑fair, referral and on‑ground acquisition initiatives.
• Manage the end‑to‑end freelancer pipeline, track conversion rates, and optimise onboarding flows.
• Oversee vetting processes including document collection, KYC verification and interviews, and enforce quality standards.
• Monitor freelancer availability, utilization and retention; handle issues, feedback and escalations.
• Maintain dashboards reporting acquisition, activation and retention metrics, flag risks and provide insights on freelancer behaviour and pricing.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, field‑heavy mindset with a strong bias for action.
• Experience in business development, operations or marketplace management.
• Ability to work directly with founders and influence the company’s growth strategy.
• Excellent communication and partnership building skills.
