Graphic Designer – E‑commerce & Performance Design

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with strong e‑commerce experience to own and execute all visual design requirements across our brand. The role works closely with marketing and partnerships teams to create high‑impact designs that drive engagement, conversions and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑converting visuals for app, website, banners, promotions and campaigns.
• Create campaign assets for discounts, cashback offers, launches and seasonal events such as Ramadan and sales.
• Optimize creatives based on performance feedback (CTR, conversions, engagement).
• Produce engaging designs for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and paid ads, adapting formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, designing logos, templates, presentations and marketing materials.
• Design event‑related materials including booth designs, standees, flyers, screens and digital invitations.
• Develop co‑branded assets for partnerships and collaborations.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, applying feedback efficiently.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in e‑commerce or digital brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating e‑commerce, campaign and social media designs.
• High attention to detail and strong visual judgment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience with Figma.
• Understanding of design for conversions and digital performance, including A/B testing and performance optimisation.
