Full Stack Developer

About the role

NaftPlus IT Department is seeking a Full Stack Developer to enhance and scale its custom ERP platform for the FMCG industry. You will work on both front‑end and back‑end components, ensuring high performance, code quality, and continuous technical improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop full‑stack application features based on defined requirements.
• Build front‑end components using Angular (and React where applicable).
• Implement backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Write and optimise PostgreSQL queries and design database structures.
• Execute assigned development tasks within defined workflows.
• Test and validate features before deployment.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues.
• Document technical work, solutions, and processes clearly.
• Create and train internal AI models for development automation.
• Follow coding standards, version control practices, and participate in code reviews.
• Maintain system performance, reliability, and stability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 3 years of proven full‑stack development experience.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver production‑level applications.
