French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. You will interact with customers from French‑ and English‑speaking regions via voice calls and live chat, delivering friendly and professional assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them step‑by‑step to resolution.
• Log all interactions precisely in our support system.
• Identify trends, share feedback, and help improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms.
