About the role

GWR Consulting is seeking motivated individuals in North Lebanon to work as freelance mystery shoppers. You will visit selected restaurants, experience them as a regular customer, and provide detailed feedback on service, food quality, and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned restaurants during your own schedule.
• Assess customer service, food presentation, taste, and overall hygiene.
• Complete a digital report for each visit, describing your experience and observations.
• Submit reports promptly through the provided online platform.

• Residency in North Lebanon.
• Reliable internet access to submit digital reports.
• Ability to follow assignment guidelines and meet reporting deadlines.
