About the role
We are seeking an energetic and reliable Food Counter Clerk to join our busy cafeteria in Achrafieh. You will be the front‑line representative, handling payments, serving ready‑made items and ensuring a smooth, friendly experience for every customer.
Key responsibilities
- Operate the cash register and process customer payments accurately.
- Serve ready‑made items such as sandwiches, salads, pastries, and beverages.
- Prepare and package cooked meals for takeaway.
- Assist with meal dispatch during peak service periods.
- Maintain a clean, organized service and counter area.
- Deliver courteous and efficient customer service at all times.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a cafeteria, restaurant, bakery or food‑service environment is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy periods.
- Reliability, punctuality and good organization.
- Comfortable handling food and working collaboratively in a team.
