About the role
The Floor Supervisor ensures smooth daily operations of a restaurant, upholding brand standards and delivering excellent customer experiences. This role combines hands‑on service, inventory management, and team leadership to maintain high quality and efficiency on the dining floor.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
- Inspect merchandise, displays, and uniform hygiene daily to meet brand standards.
- Conduct monthly inventory of all brand equipment following established procedures.
- Greet guests, present menus, assist with selections, and monitor table satisfaction.
- Handle complex customer inquiries, billing issues, and special cases.
- Delegate tasks, set deadlines, oversee results, provide training, and communicate team needs to management.
- Supervise all staff members, ensuring adherence to prescribed preparation techniques.
- Support achievement of organizational goals and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures.
Required profile
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Technical degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience in food‑and‑beverage operations or a similar supervisory role.
- Food safety certification Level 2.
- Proven expertise in chocolate production and handling.
