Financial Manager

About the role

CFI Financial Group is seeking a Financial Manager to lead all financial accounting and regulatory reporting activities. You will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant submissions in line with local banking regulations, IFRS, and internal governance frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review regulatory reports and submissions required by the central bank.
• Ensure compliance with Lebanese financial regulations, tax rules, VAT, and reporting deadlines.
• Oversee client funds accounting, broker settlements, and trading‑related reconciliations.
• Manage the full accounting cycle, including journal entries, month‑end closing, and general ledger activities.
• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and preparation of annual financial statements under IFRS.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, regulators, and banking partners.
• Support automation and process‑improvement initiatives for reporting efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Background in financial services, brokerage, forex, CFD, or investment firms.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Lebanese central‑bank reporting frameworks.
• Experience in a Big Four accounting firm or a large institutional organization.
