About the role
RotoFlexopress S.A.L. is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Financial Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting and compliance for its manufacturing and packaging operations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning and analysis, including forecasting and cost control.
- Manage budgets and monitor financial performance across the organization.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Guide the company’s financial strategy and manage financial risks.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights for business decisions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (MBA or CPA advantageous).
- Minimum 5 years of financial management experience, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry.
- Proven leadership ability and experience managing teams.
- Strong analytical, detail‑oriented and proactive work style.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Visual Dolphin accounting software.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Fluency in English.
