Financial Manager

About the role

RotoFlexopress S.A.L. is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Financial Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting and compliance for its manufacturing and packaging operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning and analysis, including forecasting and cost control.
• Manage budgets and monitor financial performance across the organization.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Guide the company’s financial strategy and manage financial risks.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights for business decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (MBA or CPA advantageous).
• Minimum 5 years of financial management experience, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry.
• Proven leadership ability and experience managing teams.
• Strong analytical, detail‑oriented and proactive work style.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Visual Dolphin accounting software.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluency in English.
