Financial Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Financial Coordinator to manage and oversee our company’s financial operations in Malabo. The role ensures accuracy, compliance, and provides strategic financial support across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date financial records and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Handle daily financial activities, including cash‑flow tracking, reconciliations, and bank statement matching.
• Prepare structured financial reports and deliver insights to aid business decisions.
• Assist with tax filing preparation, stay current on tax laws, and support audit processes.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in collaboration with other teams.
• Analyze financial data to identify cost‑saving opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor and financial regulations.
• Monitor expenses, enforce budget adherence, and implement cost‑control measures.
• Act as the primary point of contact for financial coordination across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Fluency in English; French or Spanish is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
