Finance Program Manager

About the role

Sucafina is seeking a Finance Program Manager to lead its finance program and act as a strategic partner to the finance team. The role involves defining program timelines, scope, budget, and people management while ensuring alignment between IT and finance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage program timeline, scope, and budget.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of finance projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Provide strategic insights and support to the finance team.
• Facilitate alignment between IT and finance for cohesive strategy.
• Identify and mitigate program risks.
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and meet their needs.
• Communicate program status, issues, and successes to senior management.
• Lead and mentor project managers and program staff.
• Allocate resources effectively and promote continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or certification a plus).
• Minimum 5 years experience in finance roles (accounting, controlling, financial planning).
• Minimum 5 years experience in program management, preferably in commodities.
• Proven leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
