Field Supervisor – Promotions & Activations

About the role

You will supervise teams of sales promoters and hostesses during in‑store promotions, brand activations and events across Lebanon, ensuring smooth execution and timely reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Brief promoters and hostesses on brand, offers and targets before each shift.
• Check attendance, punctuality, uniform and grooming; coach and correct issues on‑spot.
• Arrange replacements for absences and assist in recruiting and training new staff.
• Visit outlets and venues to verify activation setup, stock levels and material condition.
• Coordinate with store managers, venue staff and client teams on‑site.
• Distribute and collect uniforms and promotional materials, ensuring they are returned in good condition.
• Send daily reports with photos covering attendance, sales, stock and shopper feedback.
• Prepare end‑of‑project summaries for the office.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in promotions, activations, merchandising or retail, including team leadership.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up abilities; reliable and able to motivate young staff.
• Fluent in spoken Arabic and English.
• Available for evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
• Valid driving licence and personal car.
