Field Compliance Assistant

About the role

The Field Compliance Assistant supports the Field Compliance Unit in implementing compliance activities across International Medical Corps operations. The role assists with compliance reviews, documentation, and promotes a culture of ethics and transparency throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in conducting compliance reviews and identifying compliance risks in line with country work plans.
• Prepare compliance reports with observations and recommendations.
• Track progress against compliance recommendations and maintain accurate records in shared systems.
• Communicate review results and gaps to supervisors and support corrective actions.
• Follow up with staff to obtain required documentation and information.
• Support the planning and delivery of compliance trainings (e.g., fraud, bribery, conflicts of interest) and maintain training records.
• Participate in team meetings and provide administrative support for the Field Compliance Unit.
• Perform any other tasks assigned to improve compliance operations.

Required profile

• Member of the Field Compliance Unit with a focus on ethics and compliance.
• Demonstrates high integrity and adheres to International Medical Corps and donor compliance standards.
• Ability to communicate results clearly and work collaboratively with staff and partners.
