Facility Manager – Nigeria

About the role

We are seeking a Facility Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and administration of our company accommodation facilities in Nigeria. The role ensures that staff and guests enjoy safe, clean, and comfortable living conditions while managing day‑to‑day activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of staff or guest accommodation facilities.
• Ensure rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and well‑maintained.
• Supervise housekeeping, chef, and cleaning teams.
• Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, furniture and other assets.
• Report and follow up on facility issues.
• Monitor inventory of furniture, appliances, and accommodation supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and prevent loss or damage.
• Prepare and control accommodation budgets.
• Monitor operational expenses and identify cost‑saving opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 6 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication, decision‑making and time‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and safety.
