Facility Manager

About the role

The Facility Manager will oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of multiple sites within an assigned zone, ensuring optimal performance, compliance with contracts and regulations, and high client satisfaction. This role combines technical expertise, operational leadership, and client relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously evaluate system performance, identify potential issues early, and coordinate corrective actions to avoid disruptions.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs, and local regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections, document findings, and present detailed technical reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, and optimize preventive maintenance plans, ensuring rigorous adherence to schedules and contractual terms.
• Utilize a CAFM system to track operational parameters, approve work orders, and maintain accurate data.
• Maintain 24/7 operational readiness, manage escalation procedures, and coordinate emergency interventions.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure quality standards.
• Hold frequent client meetings, propose value‑added services, and deliver periodic performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred).
• Fluency in French.
• IFMA or MEFMA certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in facility or site management.
• Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
