Real Estate Salesperson

About the role

Zen Real Estate - lb is looking for a Real Estate Salesperson for a full-time, on-site position in the Beirut Governorate, Lebanon. The company helps clients find a place where they can express their ideas, pursue their dreams and create lasting memories, and its team supports clients with care, transparency and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and follow up with potential buyers and sellers, and conduct property viewings.
• Provide detailed information about listings and advise clients on market conditions.
• Prepare and review contracts, and coordinate with legal and financial parties.
• Ensure a smooth transaction process and manage client relationships.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends and represent the company professionally.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License and knowledge of real estate regulations and practices.
• Understanding of real property concepts, including property valuation and local market dynamics.
• Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding sales targets in real estate or related fields.
• Ability to work on-site in Beirut Governorate and travel locally for property visits.
• Familiarity with basic office software; a car is a must.

• Strong customer service skills and excellent communication and negotiation abilities, in person and digitally.
• Attention to detail in handling documentation and contracts.
