Facilities Manager

About the role

We are seeking a qualified and dynamic Facilities Manager to lead the daily operations of our properties in Lebanon. The role involves overseeing both hard and soft services, ensuring high standards of safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility management operations across assigned properties.
• Manage all hard services (MEP operations & maintenance) and soft services (cleaning, security, landscaping, waste management, pest control).
• Prepare and monitor annual operating and maintenance budgets, optimizing costs.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance programs are implemented effectively.
• Supervise technical teams, service providers and subcontractors.
• Monitor building systems performance and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with clients, committees, consultants and contractors.
• Guarantee compliance with safety and operational standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electro‑Mechanical Engineering (MEP).
• 6–10 years of experience in facility/property management.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Ability to manage site teams, subcontractors and client relations.
