About the role
The Export Sales Manager will lead the development and management of our FMCG business in Lebanon through strategic distributor partnerships. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and executing market development strategies to achieve sustainable business results.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute export sales strategies to meet volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Identify, appoint, and manage FMCG distributors, importers, and trading partners.
- Expand product distribution across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, Wholesale, Convenience, and Horeca channels.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, set annual business plans, and monitor performance.
- Lead new product launches and category expansions in the Lebanese market.
- Collaborate on promotional and trade‑marketing initiatives, ensuring pricing alignment and brand visibility.
- Prepare accurate export forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of FMCG sales and export experience.
- Minimum 3 years managing export markets through distributors.
- Proven track record handling the Lebanon export market.
- Strong understanding of FMCG export, distribution, and retail channels in Lebanon.
- Existing network of distributors, importers, and key trade contacts is highly preferred.
