Event and Promotion Coordinator

About the role

The Event and Promotion Coordinator will join KristiesLab’s creative team in Adma to design, plan and execute brand‑centric events and promotional campaigns. This full‑time, on‑site position supports client strategies from concept through flawless on‑site delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and coordinate events and promotional activities aligned with client brand strategies.
• Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, timelines and budgets.
• Oversee on‑site execution, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to creative vision.
• Support sales promotion initiatives, monitor campaign performance and suggest optimisation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce event materials, maintain accurate documentation and deliver post‑event reports and insights.

Required profile

• Proven ability in event planning and execution, including logistics coordination and vendor management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, partners and internal teams.
• Experience in sales promotion and the capacity to contribute to strategies that drive attendance and engagement.
• Background in marketing, public relations or brand activation, preferably within experiential or luxury sectors.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with basic office and collaboration tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software and project‑management platforms.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Adma, including occasional evenings or weekends.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
