Estimator – Commercial Doors, Frames & Architectural Hardware

About the role

Imperial USA, a leading U.S.-based distributor of commercial doors, frames, and architectural hardware, is looking for a detail‑oriented Estimator to support the management of commercial construction projects from submittal through procurement and delivery. The role is fully onsite in Beirut and involves close collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage submittal and procurement processes for assigned projects.
• Prepare detailed door, frame, and hardware schedules for customer approval.
• Track submittals to ensure timely returns and meet project deadlines.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular status updates.
• Coordinate material procurement and release based on approved submittals.
• Communicate product specifications and orders to vendors.
• Issue purchase orders and supply required documentation for fabrication.
• Attend weekly client meetings via Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
• Monitor vendor production schedules to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Maintain organized and accurate project documentation, including revisions and change orders.

Required profile

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to use Excel filters and data analysis tools for takeoffs and quantification.
• Capability to read and interpret architectural drawings used in commercial construction.
• Understanding of door, frame, and hardware schedules or willingness to learn.
• Experience with ERP systems and/or project management software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
