Estimation Engineer – Junior to Mid-Level

About the role

Mac Corp is seeking an analytical and detail‑oriented Estimation Engineer to join its technical team at the headquarters on Airport Road. This office‑based position is ideal for recent graduates or engineers with up to five years of experience who enjoy working with numbers, blueprints, and collaborative project planning.

Key responsibilities

• Review project blueprints, technical specifications and architectural drawings to produce accurate material take‑offs and cost estimates.
• Assist in preparing commercial proposals and technical tender documents for upcoming projects.
• Liaise with sub‑contractors and material suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and assess market rates.
• Collaborate with design, procurement and project‑management teams to ensure budget alignment and engineering standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 0–5 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong academic foundations are welcome.
• Excellent organizational abilities, precise mathematical skills and strong written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Reading engineering drawings
• Proficiency with estimation software
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
