Esthetician – Skin Care Specialist

About the role

Yon-Ka Paris Lebanon is seeking an on‑site Esthetician to deliver professional skin‑care treatments and personalized consultations. You will work directly with clients, providing facials, peels and tailored skincare protocols that reflect Yon‑Ka standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform professional facials, chemical peels and targeted skincare treatments.
• Conduct thorough skin analyses and explain customized treatment plans.
• Recommend appropriate home‑care products and support retail and treatment package sales.
• Maintain a clean, safe treatment environment and strictly follow hygiene and safety guidelines.
• Welcome clients, ensure a high‑quality customer experience and uphold brand protocols.

Required profile

• Strong skin‑care and cosmetology expertise, including hands‑on experience with facials and personalized routines.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation with the ability to build trust and listen actively.
• Sales aptitude for product recommendation and package promotion.
• Relevant certification or diploma in esthetics, cosmetology or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with adherence to brand standards.
