ERP Sales Specialist

About the role

Softwave is seeking an energetic ERP Sales Specialist to join its Tripoli office. The role focuses on driving digital transformation for clients by promoting Softwave’s tailored ERP solutions and building long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients to introduce Softwave’s ERP offerings.
• Prepare professional quotations, deliver product presentations, and conduct systematic follow‑ups.
• Analyze client business workflows and align their needs with the capabilities of the ERP system.
• Work proactively to meet or exceed sales targets while fostering customer trust.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, MIS or a related field.
• Experience in sales, customer service, marketing or business development; experience with Softwave BMS or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Professional appearance, self‑motivated mindset and strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Basic understanding of accounting processes.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace.
