ERP Project Manager (Odoo)

About the role

The ERP Project Manager is the Group's internal focal point for the ERP platform, with primary responsibility for Odoo. The role manages day-to-day ERP operations, data quality, user support and training, coordinates with external ERP integrators and supports the ERP roadmap and related digital, automation and AI initiatives. It is a full-time position in the Group Finance department, reporting to the Group CFO, with no direct reports.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main Odoo contact, manage tickets, bugs, service and change requests, and run a centralized Level 1 helpdesk
• Coordinate with the external ERP integrator and track issue resolution against service levels
• Collect enhancement requests, build the ERP roadmap, coordinate rollouts and monitor timelines, quality, costs and deliverables
• Monitor data quality, identify entry errors and process gaps, and promote consistent ERP processes
• Deliver ongoing ERP training, user guidance and onboarding, and support adoption of other digital and AI tools
• Define ERP KPIs, report regularly to the Group CFO and monitor ERP costs by user and entity
• Maintain technical knowledge of Odoo, liaise with developers and integrators, support integrations and contribute to automation and AI initiatives

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in ERP implementation, administration, support or project management
• At least 3 years of hands-on Odoo experience, including configuration, workflows, user support and implementation
• Experience coordinating with ERP integrators, developers and business users, and in user training and troubleshooting
• Advantageous: knowledge of automation and AI tools, and experience in a multi-entity or international organization
