Electrical Site Engineer

About the role

CedarFix Contracting is looking for a dynamic Electrical Site Engineer to join our team in Beirut. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality electrical installations across commercial, residential and fit‑out projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare electrical quantity take‑offs, BOQs and cost estimates.
• Review tender documents, drawings and technical specifications.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Supervise and monitor electrical installation works on site.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other trades.
• Ensure site works comply with approved drawings, project specifications and applicable standards.
• Prepare shop drawings, material submittals and as‑built documentation.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety and reporting.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical support throughout project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in electrical contracting, site execution and estimation.
• Experience in commercial, residential and fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices and local/international standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and BOQ preparation.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage both office‑based engineering tasks and site activities.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.
