Ecommerce Operations & Marketplace Execution Lead

About the role

Nutrili is seeking an experienced leader to own and scale the operational backbone of its ecommerce and marketplace channels across the UAE, KSA and the wider region. You will ensure smooth, accurate and consistent order processing, fulfillment and marketplace execution as the business grows.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily ecommerce and marketplace operations, including order flow and fulfillment coordination.
• Follow up with warehouse and logistics partners to guarantee timely execution.
• Manage marketplace uploads, stock movements and campaign readiness checklists.
• Track, resolve and own operational issues, ensuring each has a clear owner and deadline.
• Develop SOPs, checklists and process improvements to boost speed, accuracy and visibility.
• Provide weekly operational reports and cross‑functional updates.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace or high‑volume order fulfillment operations.
• Hands‑on experience with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon or Noon.
• Deep understanding of order flow, stock movement, warehouse communication and logistics follow‑up.
• Highly organized, process‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑growing environment.
• Proactive problem‑solver who takes ownership before issues become urgent.
