E‑Com & Community Coordinator

About the role

Ellina is seeking an enthusiastic E‑Com & Community Coordinator to manage its online store and social presence. The role sits within the Marketing team and ensures the brand’s digital touchpoints are consistently engaging, accurate, and on‑brand.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update product listings, process orders, coordinate deliveries and manage the CRM system on Shopify.
• Create and publish daily organic Instagram and Facebook Stories that capture real‑time, in‑store moments.
• Provide prompt, friendly customer support via WhatsApp and social media channels.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with fulfillment logistics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall brand campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e‑commerce, social media or digital marketing.
• Hands‑on experience managing a Shopify store.
• Fluent written Arabic and English.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑driven and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Bonus: background in fashion or lifestyle retail.
