E-commerce Seller Acquisition Lead (Dubai)

About the role
EcomSwap is seeking a dynamic professional to lead its seller acquisition engine in Dubai. You will own the partner and seller pipeline, connecting high‑quality, exit‑ready DTC and e‑commerce brands with our advisory team. The role is ideal for a network‑driven individual who thrives in a fast‑moving, performance‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute an end‑to‑end partner strategy targeting agencies and operators serving 7‑8‑figure DTC brands.
- Identify, negotiate, and formalise referral agreements with agencies, CRO, email, Amazon and related service providers.
- Maintain a measurable partner pipeline in HubSpot CRM and ensure consistent flow of qualified referrals.
- Conduct introductory qualification calls to assess revenue, profitability, growth trajectory and exit motivation.
- Hand‑over fully vetted opportunities to the Advisory team and track intro‑to‑mandate conversion rates.
- Represent EcomSwap as a credible face within the DTC and agency ecosystem.
Required profile
- Proven track record of building commercial relationships that generate measurable deal flow, preferably in sales or business development within the DTC/e‑commerce space.
- Ability to convert warm introductions into signed agreements and negotiate at senior levels.
- Strong commercial instincts and comfort engaging with agency founders, operators and brand owners.
- Experience working alongside or within e‑commerce agencies (performance, CRO, email, Amazon, etc.).
