E-commerce & Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for an E‑commerce & Digital Marketing Executive to lead our online store and digital campaigns for Scento d’Italia, a masstige perfume brand. Based in Saida, Lebanon, you will be responsible for driving traffic, engagement and sales through effective website management and multi‑channel marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise the e‑commerce platform, including product listings, pricing updates, inventory coordination and user‑experience enhancements.
• Plan, launch and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media, email and paid advertising channels.
• Analyse website and campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with design, operations and content teams to ensure brand consistency and compelling visual storytelling.
• Support content creation for digital platforms and implement basic SEO and online merchandising best practices.

Required profile

• Strong e‑commerce knowledge with experience managing product catalogs and inventory.
• Hands‑on experience in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing and performance tracking.
• Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Detail‑oriented, organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines on‑site.

• Basic SEO principles.
