DropOver Ambassador – Merchant Onboarding

About the role

As a DropOver Ambassador you will be the face of CashOver’s digital payment platform in Tripoli, meeting local restaurant, café and shop owners to introduce the service, onboard them onto the app and help grow the ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Visit merchants in person to present DropOver’s value proposition and secure new partnerships.
• Guide new merchants through the registration and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth launch on the platform.
• Act as the primary local point of contact, maintaining high satisfaction and trust with partner stores.
• Identify high‑traffic locations and target high‑volume merchants to expand the range of offerings.
• Collect feedback from merchants and relay insights to the product and operations teams.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Confidence in face‑to‑face pitching, networking and sales.
• Deep knowledge of Tripoli’s commercial landscape, especially popular food and retail hubs.
• Proactive, self‑driven attitude with a strong desire to build local business partnerships.
• Based in or near Tripoli and able to work in a hybrid mode.
