Director of Performance Marketing

About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Director of Performance Marketing to own and scale customer acquisition across Meta, Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will combine strategic oversight with hands‑on execution, leading a small team of specialists while remaining deeply involved in campaign details.

Key responsibilities

• Own acquisition performance across all paid media channels and manage multi‑million‑dollar budgets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of performance marketers, analysts, and a developer.
• Design and run rigorous testing and experimentation programs to improve CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality.
• Build scalable reporting, attribution, and measurement frameworks.
• Collaborate with Creative, Data, Product, and Engineering teams to unlock growth opportunities.
• Stay ahead of platform changes, advertising technology, and industry best practices.
• Identify and implement AI‑driven automation and growth systems with developers.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on performance marketing experience.
• Experience managing at least $5M+ in annual paid media spend.
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and TikTok paid ads.
• Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, conversion measurement, and marketing analytics.
• Proven track record of leading high‑performing teams.
• Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and commercial judgment.
• Curiosity, intellectual rigor, and a bias toward action.
• Ability to dive deep into platforms, diagnose issues, and make superior decisions.
