About the role
OliveCom is seeking a motivated Director to lead its Saida call center, driving sales and supporting digital marketing campaigns. This role offers a local resident the chance to manage a dynamic team and contribute to the company’s growth in the digital solutions industry.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, lead generation, and campaign results.
- Collaborate with marketing to improve scripts, campaigns, and outreach.
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, and compliance.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks for productivity and cost efficiency.
- Manage CRM systems, dialers, and related technologies.
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the call center team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Resident of Saida or nearby areas.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM platforms.
- Proficiency in using dialer systems.
