Digital Paid Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Paid Media Manager to join the Adcreators MENA team. You will own the end‑to‑end paid media strategy for a diverse client portfolio spanning retail, construction, property and more, working closely with our digital lead and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat and other platforms.
• Create, launch and continuously optimise campaigns to maximise reach, engagement and conversions.
• Manage budgets, allocate spend efficiently and implement cost‑saving measures.
• Conduct audience research, segmentation and targeting to improve performance.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad creatives and copy.
• Run A/B tests and apply data‑driven insights to optimise campaigns.
• Produce regular performance reports and present results to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 4+ years of paid media management experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven track record of successful paid campaigns across social and search.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and legal right to work.
