Digital & Media Buying Executive

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Digital & Media Buying Executive to lead and optimise multi‑platform paid media campaigns for a range of client accounts. This remote, full‑time position combines strategic planning with hands‑on campaign management in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop paid media strategies and media plans across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Translate client briefs into budgets, KPI frameworks and campaign setups, ensuring assets are ready for launch.
• Monitor, optimise and troubleshoot live campaigns to maximise ROI, conducting A/B testing and audience refinement.
• Integrate tracking pixels and CAPI, and manage campaign attribution and reporting.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Strategists and Creative teams, participating in client briefings and performance reviews.
• Prepare monthly performance reports, track spend and benchmark results, and deliver data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in digital media buying or paid advertising, preferably in an agency setting within the GCC.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
