Digital Communications Officer

About the role

We are seeking a creative and organized professional to manage and grow Exeo’s presence on social media and through email campaigns across the EMEA region. The role combines content creation, publishing, and audience engagement to strengthen Exeo’s voice in cloud, cybersecurity, and digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar for LinkedIn, Instagram, and email.
• Write, design, and publish posts that highlight Exeo’s expertise, people, and services.
• Manage day‑to‑day activity on LinkedIn, Instagram and other social platforms, ensuring timely responses and engagement.
• Coordinate and send regular email campaigns and newsletters.
• Work with the leadership team to align messaging with business goals.
• Track performance across all channels and provide simple, actionable reports.
• Stay current with industry trends in cloud, cybersecurity, and digital communications.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media channels, specifically LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot.
• Understanding of B2B communication and professional audiences.
• Basic design skills in Canva (a plus).
• Knowledge of analytics and ability to interpret performance metrics.
• Fluent in French and English.
