Digital Business Manager – B2C & E-Commerce

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Digital Business Manager to drive commercial growth and performance of Nakhal’s B2C digital platform. You will turn traffic, product offerings and customer journeys into revenue, conversion and profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own commercial performance of the B2C website and all digital sales channels.
• Drive online revenue, conversion rates, average order value and profitability.
• Monitor digital performance and customer behavior to uncover growth opportunities.
• Optimize the customer journey, UX/UI, booking flow and conversion funnel.
• Manage online merchandising, including product positioning, promotions, landing pages and cross‑selling.
• Collaborate with Operations and Product owners to launch and promote new travel packages and seasonal offers.
• Ensure product pricing, availability and content are accurate, competitive and up‑to‑date.
• Work with Marketing on SEO, digital acquisition, campaigns, CRM and customer engagement.
• Define and prioritize website enhancement requirements and the digital roadmap with IT.
• Track market trends, competitors and evolving customer behavior to continuously improve the digital proposition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E‑Commerce, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital business, online travel or digital product management.
• Strong commercial mindset with a clear understanding of revenue, profitability and digital performance.
• Ability to work effectively across Commercial, Marketing, Operations and Technology teams.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, e‑commerce or another transaction‑driven digital business is a strong advantage.
