Design Architect – Modular Housing

About the role

We are looking for a Design Architect with 3‑7 years of experience to create modular, prefabricated concrete houses. The role involves designing 3D models, preparing shop drawings, and managing the bill of quantities while coordinating material procurement and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Design and render prefabricated concrete houses using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and 3Dmax.
• Develop execution and shop drawings for various house styles and sizes.
• Extract the bill of quantities (BOQ) and assemble subcontractor packages.
• Quote, compare, and negotiate subcontractor offers.
• Coordinate design, construction schedule, and contractual issues with clients.
• Prepare drawings and quotations for new projects and support the sales team technically.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 3‑7 years of relevant experience.
• Mandatory ability to render in 3D.
• Proficiency in Excel for BOQ preparation.
• Strong negotiation skills with subcontractors.
• Enrollment in the OEA (as indicated).
