Data Processing Operator

About the role

We are seeking an attentive and competent Data Processing Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing data operations, ensuring data quality, and providing high‑level support to end‑users across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Execute data operations, restore accurate information on request, and perform quality‑assurance checks.
• Review daily and weekly edit runs, verify entered data, and run reports/queries as needed.
• Produce documentation for audit purposes and report status of data‑processing deliverables.
• Support new and existing users through training, guidance, and troubleshooting.
• Create and maintain material master records, process material transactions, and assist warehouse and logistics teams with inventory accuracy.
• Create sales, return, and consignment orders; support invoicing and coordinate with Finance for corrections and reconciliations.
• Recommend system and process improvements to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar data‑processing role.
• High School Diploma.
• Good command of English and Arabic.
• Excellent computer proficiency.
