Data Entry & System Support Operator

About the role

We are seeking a Data Entry & System Support Operator to ensure accurate operational records and provide first‑line system support for our Beirut office. You will work closely with the Paris team to keep daily systems running smoothly and maintain inventory and document control.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update production, client, supplier and order data in company systems.
• Maintain consistent naming, coding and formatting across all records and correct duplicates, gaps and errors.
• Log fabric, trim and finished‑piece movements, reconcile system records with physical counts, and flag discrepancies.
• Provide first‑line support for Microsoft 365, shared drives, printers and basic hardware, managing user access and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
• Digitise and file invoices, delivery notes, contracts and atelier records, maintaining a searchable digital archive.
• Prepare weekly and monthly data extracts, operational reports and ad‑hoc reports for management.
