Data Center Solutions Lead

About the role

This senior position leads the Data Centre Business Unit for a global engineering and telecommunications infrastructure organisation. Reporting to C‑level stakeholders, you will shape strategy, build technical capability and drive growth of a worldwide data centre portfolio while working remotely from the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Data Centre business line strategy, governance, service offerings and delivery frameworks.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing team of engineers, project managers and technical specialists.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and operational efficiency across the portfolio.
• Build strategic relationships with OEMs, technology providers, commissioning specialists and key suppliers.
• Provide technical leadership for bids, proposals, RFPs and RFQs, including solution development, risk assessment, BOQ preparation and cost estimating.
• Oversee multidisciplinary data centre design reviews covering electrical, mechanical, ICT and security systems.
• Collaborate with commercial, engineering, procurement and executive teams to support business objectives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering Data Centre EPC projects on a global scale.
• Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary engineering, construction and project delivery teams.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence strategy and drive growth.
• Fluent Arabic speaker; ability to work remotely with flexible location.
