CV & Resume Writer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an exceptional CV & Resume Writer to join our remote recruitment enablement team. In this role you will help experienced professionals craft compelling CVs that showcase their unique achievements and align with target industries.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client experience, responsibilities, and career highlights to draft impactful CV bullet points.
• Conduct deep‑dive research on client industries, roles, and achievements.
• Edit and proofread content for clarity, conciseness, grammar, and punctuation.
• Tailor tone, style, and structure of each CV to the target role and client preferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine CV creation processes and maintain company standards.
• Gather client feedback and iterate on CV drafts.
• Create eye‑catching summaries that highlight core competencies and value propositions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional writing experience, preferably in CV writing.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Familiarity with career coaching, recruitment, and ATS optimization.
• Ability to quickly learn about multiple industries.
• Strong attention to detail and self‑motivation.
