Outsourcing Advantage is looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Representatives to deliver exceptional experiences across phone, email, chat, and social media for US‑based clients. This remote position requires working during Eastern Time business hours and focuses on providing fast, professional assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Document all interactions accurately in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex cases to senior teams when needed.
• Meet response‑time goals and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and follow company procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent English communication (C1 level or higher) with a neutral to slight accent.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection.
• Professional attitude and ability to multitask.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Availability to work during Eastern Time business hours.
