Customer Success Manager - Schools

About the role

Slangit is seeking a full‑time Customer Success Manager to join its hybrid team in Beirut. You will be responsible for onboarding new educational partners and institutional clients, guiding them through implementation of Slangit’s AI‑driven solutions, and ensuring long‑term success across the region from Morocco to Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard and train new school and institutional clients on Slangit’s platform.
• Guide clients through product implementation, configuration, and adoption.
• Maintain regular communication, conduct check‑ins, business reviews, and gather feedback.
• Monitor customer health metrics, identify adoption risks, and proactively address issues.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to resolve client challenges.
• Create documentation, support resources, and best‑practice guides to drive engagement and retention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field (preferably active teachers).
• Experience in SaaS, edtech, or technology‑driven environments.
• Tri‑lingual proficiency in Arabic, English, and French.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup in Beirut and with distributed, cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Adaptable to a fast‑paced start‑up environment and able to multitask.
