Customer Success Manager

About the role

Slangit is looking for a full‑time Customer Success Manager to join its hybrid team in Beirut. You will be responsible for onboarding new educational partners, guiding product implementation, and ensuring long‑term success with our AI‑driven learning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard and train new institutional clients on Slangit’s platform.
• Conduct regular check‑ins, business reviews, and gather feedback to optimize product usage.
• Monitor customer health metrics, identify adoption risks, and work with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Create documentation, support resources, and best‑practice guides to boost engagement and retention.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across educational and enterprise settings.

Required profile

• Experience in SaaS, edtech, or technology‑driven environments.
• Tri‑lingual proficiency in Arabic, English, and French.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setting in Beirut and collaborating with distributed teams.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience.
