About the role
We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Sales Specialist to manage all customer interactions across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, and email. Based remotely in Lebanon, you will turn inquiries into sales, resolve order issues, and liaise directly with delivery partners in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer messages on social media and email within 2 hours.
- Convert product inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Handle order complaints, track delayed shipments, and coordinate with delivery companies.
- Maintain accurate weekly performance reports for the CEO.
- Manage 40+ daily messages across multiple platforms in Arabic and English.
Required profile
- Bilingual Arabic‑English with excellent written communication.
- At least 1 year of experience in e‑commerce customer support or a similarly high‑volume role.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and work independently.
- Ambition to grow into a Customer Experience Lead.
Required skills
- Shopify (strong advantage).
