About the role
We are seeking a Spanish‑speaking Technical Support Specialist to provide assistance to customers via email and chat. The role is office‑based in Beirut and operates on a 2/2 day schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers in Spanish via email and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to products and services.
- Escalate complex cases to higher support levels when needed.
- Maintain and update documentation and knowledge base.
Required profile
- Spanish – intermediate level (writing/texting required).
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Good PC skills (MS Office).
- Additional languages or experience are a plus.
